Alex Dowdall

Alex Dowdall is an Assistant Principal Officer at the Department of Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science. He leads on Green Skills within the Construction and Green Skills Unit. His responsibilities include oversight, implementation, and development of skills policies across the green economy, including offshore wind, electric vehicles, and sustainable construction.
