Cathal Masterson is an experienced professional with a strong track record of developing strategy and managing change on challenging projects and operations in the transport and mobility sectors. Currently responsible for a super team of 35-40 professionals managing a portfolio of diverse transport operations including Light Rail and Metro, Road User Charging, PPP projects and currently assisting ZEVI to plan out and mobilise a new EV Charging Infrastructure programme on the national road network.
