Lorraine leads the Retail Office Communications and Engagement team responsible for engaging with AIB’s 4,500 Retail Banking colleagues and externally on key stakeholder relationships and through AIB’s retail network.
With over 20 years’ experience in banking, Lorraine has worked across a number of credit and customer relationship management roles and sectors predominantly in Corporate Banking, Private Banking, and Business and Retail Banking. Lorraine is currently a member of AIB Retail Banking’s Sustainability pillar.
Having led a number of AIB’s SME programmes of engagement both directly and through partnerships, Lorraine has a passion for supporting businesses to grow through learning, collaboration and utilising networks.
Lorraine is a Chartered Banker and Licentiate of the Institute of Banking and a graduate of University College Dublin, most recently achieving a Distinction after completing a Certificate in Responsible and Sustainable Finance.
